As Manager of Customer Love, Gordon is responsible for leading IZEA's customer service program. He strives to develop innovative communication channels with, both, internal and external customers, and to create a pro-active environment that will provide IZEA's customers with answers to their ever-changing needs. Under Gordon's leadership, the Customer Love team will work with focus, motivation, and open communication to provide world-class service to their current and prospective customers.
Prior to joining IZEA, Gordon spent fourteen years with Westgate Resorts, one of the leaders in the vacation ownership industry. During his tenure at Westgate Resorts, Gordon was responsible for the development of innovative service programs in collections, customer service, and marketing. He was directly responsible for developing customer service strategies, training, and initiatives that resulted in the companies most profitable marketing program.
Gordon was the founding Treasurer of the Central Florida Chapter of the International Customer Service Associations (ICSA). He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, and a minor in computer science, from the University of Central Florida.
