At IZEA we believe a company is only as strong as the Peeps that make their home there. Our team is comprised of passionate, wicked smart people that work their butts off and have a blast doing so. We are a small, relatively flat organization that expects 110% commitment from each individual we accept into our family. We all wear multiple hats, cross departmental lines and go above and beyond to get the job done. We wouldn't have it any other way.
We hire positive people that love what they do and love the Internet. Our team comes from all walks of life; we embrace diversity, personality and the passion of the individual.
We are not your average corporate office. Each month we celebrate birthdays with ceremonial cakeplows. We ring new initiates in with tequila shots. We play football together and hang out on the weekends.
